But i think the line is nearly nuts (checkbehind + raise...)

i would call:
1) his pfr only 16% so i would not expect too many two pair combos.
2) fish have to be bluffing/semi bluffing here about 15% of the times to make our call +ev. If it would be over 30% i might find a fold.

You realize that villain is one of pre flop callers and not the open raiser?
