Is this a standard fold?

Im always having problems in this spot.. I guess its a standard fold by a 3bet caller preflop?

That's really difficult to read, but it looks well played to me. It seems as if Player3 should have no hands in his range which can beat you. Of course it's unfortunate that he doesn't know this. Make a note.

We can bet smaller on flop. As played, it is ok.

If we shove flop , there are no worse hands that call ... so it is quite bad.

i'll let you on a secret here...
it is about your 3bet size
we can 3bet 2.5x or 3x in order to get more hands to call (but if we get raised on flop , expect them to have more sets!)
i would 3bet as you did , and play bet/fold on flop

we can 3bet 3.5x in order to get folds (now i am expecting only 99+ to call)
in this case i'm never folding Top pair top kicker on that board .
i am still playing bet/fold on a board like K9T , or KTJ

Do not forget to add more $ if we have another caller

Another leak i see you have is your cbet size
Remember...
in 3b pots , standard is 1/2 pot
in 4b pots, standard is 1/3 pot
