I will bet here, right? He call so fast its looks like he is prepaired to call down and I dont want loose many chips, but if he is drawing I make right oposite what is ok, give him free cards. What do you think?

Big Blind was playing the Rag-Ace to the end, what you need to remember is if he had hit, he would've made a bet at the turn or the river right away he didn't.

If you did make a bet on the turn, BB would've called hoping for an ace or his rag to hit on the river.

If you made a bet on the River, he'd most likely fold thinking you have made a hit or scored trip 3s in the process.

Your king kicker saved the day for you, way to go.

I would still bet the turn because you will be ahead a lot of the time.

Usually a quick call is not a strong hand because when you have a strong hand you have to think about raising it. Usually it is a draw or some weak hand that they want to go to showdown with.

As Yoghi said you are even often enough ahead to valuebet here.
The flop made a lot straightdraws possible so you want to let him pay for drawing.

You also have a good chance to see a free showdown to win against his busted draws so this is against a point for betting the turn.
