Good size to 3 bet? better call or 3 bet? normally bigger sizes pre flop don't fold pre flop,

Since both of you are relatively deep, it's vital to adjust that bet.

Being OOP, 3b at least 3x his raise + an extra bb or 2, especially since you're deep

***EDIT: oh, wait, this is NL10, the guy raised to 11bb?! Is that it, that's crazy. Well, that means he's a fish I guess =D But in that case I'm fine with a lower 3betting value... so I think you sized it well in this specific situation, because it'll make the pot 50bb, which is already a lot bigger than a usual 3b pot, but since you're deep, it's not too bad.. it'll make it easier getting the money in if you decide you have to.

Villain is raising for 11 bb. Can we just call then?

Let's 3b a little bit :f_biggrin: It is AKs, and we're deep AND he's either or fish or he misclicked

And it's BU v SB

Well, I haven't noticed either, doesn't change a complexion of the matter tho, he's most likely very weak player, why not make him gamble a little harder

I do not agree. The bigger preflop raise often means a very very strong hand. vs QQ+, AK we have just 42% and when we add the fact that we are sooo deep, I do not like to raise here.

These are regular stacks times two. As a matter of fact if they were that big as you think that would legitimize my point.

You are ready to play for all 212.5BB stack here?

Holding AKs vs a guy who opened for 11bbs? Hell yeah!

Well, this is one of the times I would disagree. We cannot play for that money with our hand.
