I live in a country where the value of dollar is high. I was pretty much contented as mentioned, with what I was cashing out. It changes however a few weeks ago. Now I started working again as a call center agent and decided to move up now.

What's up, vonki ^^
Do you really play only 150-500 hands in a whole week? How's that even possible :f_biggrin:

Of course it's possible, not my main games + I am very busy with studying and other life comittments, coaching etc. :) I put in a session when I have time left over after finishing other priorities and still feel like more poker, sadly not as often as one would like :f_thumbsup:

ALMOST managed the promise of 1k+ hands, good enough to me. 3 smaller sessions. :f_thumbsup: Really wish I had more time to put into it, but the day only has so many hours each day :) I will be flying to Sweden tomorrow and since I only see my family 2-3 times a year I thin it won't be a priority to put in a lot of grind during the next two weeks. I will try to find time for some smaller sessions but I don't wanna miss out on time with family and my 2 baby nephews so won't make any promises this time. :)

:spade: Week 33 summary :spade:

Hands: 943
Profit: $23.40
Current BR: $458.97

Boah... crazy bad sleep when airline goes on a major strike and you're all stressed out about it. Woke up with a crazy heartbeat middle of my sleep, after I fell asleep I also had a super crazy dream that I was in a school shooting. I guess if it ever actually REALLY happened to me I've now had some training. I threw myself on the floor as they started shooting and acted as if I was dead. No idea if I actually held my breath IRL too but I woke up with an even crazier heartbeat next time obv. :f_biggrin: Really crazy how vivid my dreams are sometimes, and I remember so many details... like how two of the bad guys were standing over me, taking out my ID to look at my name etc while I was trying really bad to hold my breath and play dead so they wouldn't realize I wasn't and probably kill me anyways :f_o: :f_ugly:

Oh well. The way it looks right now I'll be on a flight tomorrow. So gonna pack the last of my stuff and try not to take any naps because I kind of fear what I'll dream next :deadhappy:

Hi vonki,

Guess when you read this you will be in Sweden. What a horrid nightmare you had. I find that when i am stressed IRL that my dreams are even more stressful. I don't always remember them, just that I had one.
Have a nice time at home and look forward to reading all about it.

Regards

Matt

Thanks MM80! :f_love:

Will have to request a holiday for 2 weeks, just way too busy spending time with family and going out doing things with friends who I won't get to see for a long time again once I go back so I just really don't feel like spending much time on the computer!

But a GL to everyone else at the tables ofc! :f_thumbsup:

Thanks thazar and Dreamcat! :f_love:

For various personal reasons I've had to prolong my stay in Sweden so I will be here for another 2 weeks. I was supposed to go back to Germany today but things came up and made that impossible :f_frown: was kind of looking forward to getting back into some type of daily routine but I guess a bit of extra time with family and friends isn't too bad either!

Thanks! :f_love:
Just taking one day at the time and eventually things will work out one way or another, as they always do... it's just going through it that's the tough part usually.

My dreams lately have been quite amusing. The other night I dreamt I was about to move into a big ass castle with (friendly) ghosts. :f_ugly: I was super excited by the thought of picking my own room on the xth floor with a biiiig nice balcony etc. Was quite disappointed when I woke up :f_biggrin:

And this night I dreamt I was in some kind of game. Like, actually playing it myself. I figured out that I had to get this little wacko guy to chase after me, drop down through a secret flip thing in the floor, and trick him into bumping into the wall (while chasing me) enough times that the wall broke down, and inside I found a golden key that was meant to open something. Unfortunately, I was not able to find out what since woke up, again disappointed to do so :f_biggrin:

I have put in some sessions this week, so I'll be updating a bit later with some actual POKER content! :f_love:

Depending on phrasing - how does an ass castle look?

What do you study in Germany, vonki? And in which part of it?

Dreamcat: Don't know, guess I'll leave that up to your own imagination? =)

DemonRax: Yes and no. I am IN germany when I do most of the studying, but I study through a swedish university, doing online classes. EDIT: misread the question but nvm oh and I am just outside of Frankfurt Am Main /// Atm I'm taking german classes and some other useful but important classes I don't want to elaborate on ;) My end goal is to get an economy degree :)

That's bit confusing though... you're study in Germany for Swedish University? What's the catch? ?(

But anyways... Sweden is great! Been in Stockholm and Lund University, also in smaller places like Uppsala and Aronsborg. Ah, those old days in science - they were fun. And I live near Heidelberg at the moment - close to your place, we might meet someday at a poker table! :f_thumbsup: Let me know if you wanna visit Heidelberg - you're always welcome as a guest, meet my family, have a shelter for a night and sight-seeing tour by day :f_drink: We have a big-ass castle too, just in case if you're looking for making your dream come true - haven't seen any ghosts there though :sorry:

Hahah, damned!! No ghosts is a dealbreaker!!! :f_biggrin:

Thanks for the invite! I might actually take you up on that, heard it's a very touristy and nice city! Plus it's always nice to meet up with some fellow pokerstrategists :)

But there's no catch with the studying. I am swedish, so it's only natural I'd prefer studying in my own language, and since they offer online classes it's the perfect solution isn't it? :) I didn't move to Germany to study, I moved there because it's where I met the love of my life :f_love: Otherwise, I'd probably be someplace way sunnier by now :f_biggrin:

Absolutely! Will have to talk it over with the BF first and it likely won't be until Jan since I will have a busy busy December studying for exams & keeping up with pokergriend, preparing for chirstmas etc etc :f_love: But add me on skype, it's vo e nki but without the spaces (don't want a million bots adding me on skype wanting to show their pics etc trying to get me to click stuff :f_ugly: )

Poker updates today!!! Just as soon as I am done for the day, I promise :f_drink:
