3Bet is thin of him, but if he knows your folding a lot on 3 bets is a nice play.
I think his Cbet is to big there and I don’t think he get too many folds if he shoved turn there.
So he was spewing a little bit I think :f_cool:

AQ: I did not have any reads at that point but usually when someone play like that, I don`t put them to a really strong range. Well, sometimes there is total nuts but often it `s some kind of total spew so I think my call was pretty std.

Not sure if I`m able to achieve that platinumstar. I got 671 VPP to but I`ve been sick since yesterday morning and I`m middle of DS so I would not like to play badly right now.

That`s true but I did not play every day in this month either. Not sure what day I started but it wasn`t beginning of the month.

Not sure if I`m still gonna try to do it. I played just a little bit yesterday and I would have about 300 VPP/this two days to go. We`ll see....

So lets wrap up the january.

If I would not got sick I would have that platinumstar now. And I`m also not too happy because I think I started to play too automatic again when I hit that ds. I definitely could played better. I just got to try to keep myself playing A-game and figure out how to improve B-game, C-game etc. I should write after every session how I felt and was I playing A-game or what. I`ve just been too lazy to do anything like that.

This month I`m gonna game select more which means I maybe have to start to play some other SnGs too. Or then I need to add more turbos which I don`t like that much because I don`t feel so good with short stacking situations. But that`s more an excuse. Just have to learn.

I started to watch Walking Dead when I was sick and lately I`ve just mostly watched that. I`m now at 4th season.

My Table Optimizer trial ended so I now I bought it and I`m waiting the license code so I guess I have to watch more Walking Dead. I also need to do myself a proper HU hud if I`m gonna try other SnG's. I just hate how much there is regs at fifty50. And it seem that other regs are not game selecting at all since there is sometimes 10/10 regs. And because huge amount of regs it`s hard to get good amount of games running.

Indeed it’s not much fun if you only playing against good regulars. At least on the $7 games are enough fishy players, but if you want to go for PlatinumStar is it most likely not enough to play only $7 games.

How is it going with improving your normal STT game?

I was thinking to study other regs game beginning of this month but what a suprise that I haven`t done that.

Decent start for this month but not much games.

And another Finnish rap songs. If you check out from 2:47 you can see our HS PLO crusher Jens Kyllönen with a lady.

Yes I do. I`ve always needed it more.

I just read former Finnish pro MTT player and current PLO player blog and he talked there about rewarding himself after setting some goal and achieve it. I was thinking should I do something similar. He mentioned it can`t be like alcohol or candy but something else. Because I play SnG's maybe I should set minimum games/month goal or maybe some hourly studying goal. What do you think? And does anyone of you set goals and then reward yourself after you achieve it? Ideas?

The only goal is set me is to be a SilverStar member a whole year long.
No challenging goals for me on the moment.
How it’s going last month with poker?

I didn`t play too much. I manage to make some money though. But not much so I didn`t bother to post any graphs or anything.

You found in the meantime more time to play SNG’s or it’s still difficult for you?

Hi Mikko,

I started to watch Walking Dead when I was sick and lately I`ve just mostly watched that. I`m now at 4th season.

Welcome to the Walking Dead club! Have you watched the spin off 'Fear the Walking dead'?
Regards

Matt
