Well i when i was playing the hand i think if he is not balancing the big bet on the turn (he is betting big only with his strong hands) means that i would get called when i hit, for that reason i think i have good implied odds to call.

Make up your mind, if you miniraise someone on the river, be aware that you often induce raises. He has enormous number of sets, two pairs, less often better flushes.

I think that if you are going to fold to a raise, you should just call and see a showdown.
Agree with Berezovaya that with min raises we can induce a re-raise.

If we don't raise river, then the turn call is auto-loss (or very close to it).

turn should be a bet, unless you know that he defends like > 75% on the turn. Turn call is likely -EV unless you know that villain will defend vs donk often enough in spot where you rep value heavy range (what pure bluffs can you have?). River is raise is overplay (you assume that reg will bet/call many 2pair, set combos, but that is not always the case especally because he has very few set combos.
So once you raise, you have a super easy fold, you will rarely see a bluff in this spot, it will be nut flush like almost always.
