Hi, there.

I've played 25NL SH(Hydra) for 46k hands and sitting about 2.8bb(EV)/100 now.
Now I'm thinking about going to Macau or Vegas for holidays to make some money when I get everything ready.
So here's the question.
Are there huge gap between online poker and Macau/Vegas or any other casinos ? cuz I heard players in macau are quite tough and aggresive.
Of course, I'm not aiming for high stakes, prolly about 1/2, 2/5 or 5/10 (in US currency) at maximum.
Do you think I'll be able to beat these stakes and make some good money?

P.S. I live in South Africa at the moment so if you have any suggestions for good casinos to play poker in maybe Johannesburg or something please let me know.

Don't know anything about Macau, but have played many live hands with Chinese poker players, and they tend to be very aggressive so I could buy that story about crazy LAGs in Macau.

In general, beating zoom25 should mean that you could play live 1/2 games.. 5/10 doesn't sound comparable to NL25z I think, but you should wait someone with real experiences in these casinos to give you more accurate reply.

Unless macau is tough as hell should be fine, I found live 2/4 in new zealand to be about the same as 5nl zoom, maybe softer. definitely nowhere near as tough as 25 zoom...

I also watched a 5/5 PLO game with 1400 in the middle preflop and the guys had like JK97 with three spades and was wondering wtf was going on.
