Poker Stars $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players

BTN: $5.00
SB: $6.12
BB: $4.56
UTG: $5.48
UTG+1: $5.91
UTG+2: $5.70
Hero (MP1): $1.80
MP2: $2.29
CO: $5.00

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is MP1 with 9  9 :diamond:
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.15, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.37) 4 :diamond: 6 :club: 7 :diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.20, BTN raises to $0.90, Hero raises to $1.65 all in, BTN calls $0.75

Turn: ($3.67) T :spade: (2 players - 1 is all in)

Is it ok to shove here? Thought of maybe he is reading my cbet as a bluff and wants to get me out of it with the 3bet.

I do not see much reason why you would shove here. You did this for value or as a bluff?

I might call 1 and fold OTT for a second barrel. Often it means something.

You are playing very short, why? I'm not expert in short stack strategy but I guess you can shove there considering you do't have much left.

If playing short, it can be ok. But if 100BB deep , there is no reason to stay in the pot after the raise.
