just fyi, you can play $2 buy-in when you play full ring (9-handed) on 888 instead of 6-handed.

I'd probably recommend that anyway for NL2... less blinds to pay (of course less to steal as well) and as long as you're playing tight a higher chance of action on your prime hands.

Thanks. No idea, I guess it could be more casual-friendly in some weird way? Maybe it's their way of creating a limit that can be thought of as less than 0,01/0,02.

I see... beginners tending to feel like they are not risking that much, and at the same time, with an average stack like all the others at the table.

Well, the truth is, that I like 6-max better and the materials I am following here on pokerstrategy are for 6-max, the hand charts and everything. Actually I have an account on another site too, I just somehow stuck with 888. I knew that there is a difference between SSS and BSS, I just didn't knew that it was so big. Maybe I should switch and play on other sites to learn to use properly the basics.

Sure, Agness88. U have to put ur study in a game dynamic that fits it, so u can evolve.

I think that switching and playing 100BB strategy will be the wisest move. You can return on 888 when move a limit or two.

And 100BB is the game u ll be facing more often. Not to mention is a more complex and entertaining one.

When you master the 100BB strategy, it is wise to read the SSS articles, so you will know how shortstackers think when you face them.
With 100BB there is enough space for making moves.
