17/12 vilain no more info 67h . What range do u assign him otf? TT/2p/fd? If a d comes ott do you call river shove? As played would you tweak this line in some particular way?

Two pair are possible (KT), flushes u are blocking some of them. TT, honestly, think he would raise pre.
He can have an oesd too w QJ.

I think you played it well. OTF I think he raises AK, KT, TT, sometimes FD's and QJ?
OTR villain has less than a pot left, it river is a diamond I think calling could be close. Just because BB should have a lot of weaker flushes in his range too. Maybe folding would be still better vs tight player especially when the board is paired.

That is one option but what hands will call us? I don't think AK will call a raise here so only hand that he calls and we beat is KT? He still can have TT. I think by x/c turn we can keep his range wider and extract more value from TPTK and draws.

In my previous comment, I mean check/raising all-in.

By doing this villain could never bluff all in on the river (without equity _wink:).

I think his passive line after the raise on flop made villain cave his own grave by keep pushing.

So we r trying to lure him into our net by check/call(which may/may not work). But ultimately he fell

vicky18, this is intimately linked to gameflow... but I admit, the play of villain here was really insane hahaha

absolutely, a solid player was always gonna fold any bet on the turn !!!

Yes, and the two previous calls from Tinsley15 (flop and turn) shows a good strengh.
Villain seems to be trying to buy the straight or something.

This hand seems well played. You block QJ and there are only a few combos that beat you (TT might 3-bet PF, K4s and QJ).

WP , just as a side note (and just been pedantic :) )

This is not a set but trips, a set is when you get a pocket pair and hit the third cards on the board

Because of villain stats, I think K4s is a bit less likely to be possible here.

The hand is ok played. Even a tighter BB can call here wide preflop. There is no need to tweak the line here postflop.
On the flop villain can raise 2P+, P+draw, FDs (we block a very small part and they are possible), air. It is very important how he sees you,are you active postflop. It is omportant how he defends his blinds.
About the river shove- on river you are left with a less then a pot size bet, so every bet will be AI. Else it will be very strange bet.

ty for the answers guys

not much sense to play QJo that way when second 4 came ott, so i guess we could exclude oesd as Afu mentioned..

KK he 3bets pre, we dominate worse fd that he potentialy could have..he could have TT and if he has it is fine, doe i dont think he is gonna play it this way imo..
