[Closed] 50 $ start

Hello guys!
This is my first post,and thread ,and im sad that i started it with a problem.
I passed the quiz and registered to pokerstars. after a day i was contacted through help feature and it seems that i cant receive my bonus to pokerstars,and it also said that i must register to another poker room. thats not big deal for me , i registered to Mansion Poker , i like the 1$ rake=4 strategy points ratio, i also gave the admin my username ,but now comes the question : how long does it take until the ticket will be resolved and ill receive the money? , cause that was 2 days ago!
I just cant wait anymore to apply the SSS to the tables!!!
