$1 Spin 3way - Preflop with A6s on button

Folding suited ace on the button would ofcause be a mistake.
Personally I dont like shoving here either for effectively 17 BB, I would just min raise, and fold if BB for the first time reraises pre. Obv. calling a reshove from SB if we raise pre.

Min raise/call against the SB and min raise/fold against the BB is the best option here for sure.
I expect the BB will shove with only better hands.

What's the ideal open preflop?

With 17bbs effective, I also recommend what guys said, and u should mini-raise/fold or call depending on villain. But, if it comes equal or below 15bbs, I think a range to open shove the buttom (without special reads) should be like 66-22, A7o-A2o, A6s-A2s.

Easy push.
Yuo can min-raise/fold vs nits.
But i like push here, couse some players sitting with 40/0 stats, and than go AI with something like k8s, u will lose a lot of ev playing min-raise/fold against them.

Always minraise this hand as default. There is no ICM in this format so there is no way to abuse stack distribution or should be no way. Whatever villains play for cEV or not is another question obviously.

Only 9 hands on BB but if he has played 50/0 so far I would give respect to him if he does 3bet. If he calls I would not mind to play from position with this hand.
