HI. I am clearly not expert but will try to put out something. I think that here you should call. Opponent will do this with lower PP and AX hands (AJ+ at least). You can consider folding them if you where deeper. Like 50bb+. But for 30bb you should call. Especially if tourney is turbo. As you sad it was far away from bubble so this is clear chip EV situation. No ICM presure where things are getting more complicated.

In general, when blinds are bigger I rather call with JJ if I have position on raiser and pley them post flop. But if I am against 3bet shove, I fold them, unless opponent is verry aggressive and is capable of 3bet shoving with 99+, AJ+ for more then 50bb. Usually against recreational players is good to call with QQ+, but I thinks that is better to let it go and call with KK+, because you have a lot of edge post flop against them and also thi is lower variance play.

For 16bb or less, I put JJ into my open shoving range if table is passive and oponents are more likely to call than 3bet shove. If table is aggro then is definitely better to put JJ into r/c range. It really depends on the table tendencies and opponents that you have behind you.

I would call here as well and I expect there is even a change he has a capped range.
So he most likely even 3bet QQ+ in spots like this instead of shoving.

You played the hand fine I think villain can do this with worst PPs than yours, so I think we have a small edge on his range, so calling must be fine.
