1) My mistake is a small raise preflop
2) My mistake is not cbetting on the flop
3) My mistake is putting myself in a tough decision by betting against a possible bluff.

Pre-flop you could raise 3x from the SB, but further it’s not too bad. The flop you can’t Cbet, because you don’t have the betting lead. The BB is the pre-flop aggressor in the hand.

The turn is indeed ugly that he shoves on you after your bet, but I don’t think your bet is bad.
I would bet for value there as well. It’s a little bit weird why he’s now shoving on you, because he would most likely Cbet the flop with his draws and top pair or better hands. So that makes not too much sense to me and I would most likely call against a unknown, but it’s ugly for sure.

It’s very likely he will Cbet most flops, but leading isn’t bad. Off course that isn’t a continuation bet (Cbet), because you aren’t the aggressor in the hand and you can only Cbet if you ended up the action with a raise pre-flop. In this situation you called pre-flop on his 3bet.
