bank statement on the other hand should not have to be requested if I withdraw to moneybookers ...in my opinion (that's what the moneybookers are for, TO NOT INVOLVE BANK)
and the bankstatements can be ABUSED!!!!!, so i'm not sure i would want to send it to them!quote]you'll find that these requests are pretty standard on some sites, they also accept a utility bill as proof of address i.e. gas or electric, so long as it's dated within the last three months, it's proof that you actually live at the address you give when you open an account.
if you send in a bank statement you can black out the account number, totals etc, they only need to see the date and your name at the address, nothing sinister, and certainly nothing to get worked up about

I saw that party poker requests the same, utility or bank statement, so u are right it is not so uncommon,hehe, nothing to get worked up about. Especially if u can blank out the information u stated. The utility bills are nnot on my name, so I guess i have to send the bank statement. no problem I will blank it out and they can verify me! Thanks again for the info!
