Isn't my opponents range wide enough here for this to be a profitable call ?

888 No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 200/400 Blinds (4 handed) - 888 Converter Tool from http://flopturnriver.com

Hero (BB) (t2,532)
UTG (t2,520)
Button (t6,190)
SB (t3,758)

Hero's M: 4.22

Preflop: Hero is BB with A♦, 6♠
2 folds, SB raises t3,518, 1 fold

Total pot: t800

Spoiler

I expect the SB would shove extreme wide in spots like this, because the ICM factor is huge on the bubble. In this particle spot you have only a few chips more compared with the 3rd in chips. So there is no reason yet to fold ITM here. So I would call A6o here against an unknown in the SB.

Yeah, have to get used to this spots... I believe I'm doing a lot of -EV decision on these similar situations.
What calling range do you think would be a good one here ?

It depends a lot if the SB abusing the bubble a lot, but I would call with at least 55+, A4s+, A6o+, K9s+, KTo+, QTs+, QJo+ against a unknown.

Thanks SDK.
I believe this was at the beginning of the bubble so I didn't have that info.
