AhQh: Standard rasie pf and cbet on the flop. Not loving the raise on the turn but tp+nutfb we have to call. Easy jam on river.

She can only raise river with Ah, so that leaves only second card which is harder to guess since she can have many flushes or even some bluffs. I will go with Th since it gives her gutshot

Many flush hands are possible (cbet flop with FD, barrel on the Q and call because of odds) and I don't expect anything weaker to shove river for value. It is hard for me to pick one of the nutflush combinations but I choose AQ for the off chance that we're turning AQ with Ah into bluff.
