I would also re-raise and play for stacks with top 2. villain has some high Ax,A9,FD. AA he would 3bet pre and TT is less likely cause you hold one.
yes, reraise. only hand that really crushes you should be 99 and TT which is quite unlikely since you block a T. you beat way more hands than you lose to.
I would say re-raise also. There are a lot of bad turns which can turn you into bad situations

What if we have AJ though ? Call and bet any brick turn ?
You could also fold but since villain raises many draws OTF you could call turn if it is a brick and then x/f river.
