(yestersay's news)
I got fucking destroyed by fishes today… in 1,6k hands…
…I could count won pots over 50bb on fingers of one hand…

So many 2 pair vs river trips or set, overbets donk river vs my weak TP, flush comes = fish shoves…
Redline looks like on 6-max, and I’ve hit stoploss.

I feel helpless… i have no desire for playing right now. Tommorow i’ll probably try to play few 1hour max sessions.

@Malendes: Brace yourself, boobs are comming. :f_thumbsup:

About my HU results… well…. fuck.
It’s bad, just bad.
I’m something like -300€ with EV close to 0€.
It’s really annoying and every flip lost hurts much more.

I’ve read an article about EV and there was part that matches me exactly:

The first danger (…) is, that the longer you are still “unlucky” or below the EV line, the more cheated you might start to feel.
“How is this possible?! When is it MY turn to win the all-ins?! Of course, standard – I lost again. I never win with KK, they always hit the ace.”
That is what I call a loser mentality. If you have thoughts like this, you have fallen into the loser’s mentality. I’m not saying you are a loser, but you are thinking like a loser.
Thoughts translate into action, and soon you will start acting like a loser, and make bad moves on and off the tables. You will start skipping coaching sessions, get lazy with your homeworks, and sloppy with posting and commenting hands on the forums. Your game will suffer, and your results will go down – confirming to yourself, that you are destined to lose.
That is a big problem, and if you fall for that trap, you will not win, no matter what. On the contrary, bad results will linger on, your mentality will drop even further, and you are locked in a vicious cycle.

I’ll probably just delete everything EV related from PT4 and clench my teeth when fish 3bet-shoving 50% wins another stack with random crap vs my TT+.

I've hit a lot of stoploss this month. So many ridiculous suckouts and coolers...

I’m studying my materials, making notes…
When i start my session i’m prepared.
When i play i’m focused. Not snooping around facebook etc.
At tables im not using autopilot, i’m thinking about reasons of my play.

Yet i’m still getting fucked.

New plan for the week:
Post 15 hands and analyze them.
Play sessions no longer than 2 hours, three times a day.
Read all notes and re-organize them.

Last month was a spectacular fail.

Every session looked like:
1. I’m ready, i know what to do, just do it.
2. Lost AQ on AAKxx vs AK / Lost KK on 99x9x vs 93o
3. Tilt, start to nit, watch the red line go…
4. Cool down.
5. Repeat.

I’m not saying it’s just bad luck. I made a lot of terrible decisions, and most of them was folding.

Also I’m not superstitious, but i lost 504€ only on Microgaming… Only 150€ under EV, but i remember that site tilted me the most. Worst coolers and setups.

Spoiler

Let’s just deal with it in silence…

I made myself an equity test.
50 hands in UhlvarEquity, average error 5.45%. :/

Terrible, just terrible.

3 times i made huge mistakes like mistook GS as OESD, where my error went bananas, like 20%, but still i’m not happy.

I wanted to make equity calculations as warmup to session, but turned out i can’t really do equity calcs before session, because Equilab (and similar) are forbidden on some pokerrooms.

This month i’m playing only NL20-30 tables and the rake is just ridiculous.
I have to focus more on villain sellection. Usually when they get lucky 1 or 2 times in coinflip, the rake eats all my winnings before i get all their money.

I don’t know how often i will repeat this, but i still face this problem when more than 2 opponents sit at my tables at one time.
For example i have 2 medium-retard fish. And 2 more guis sits down.
I just can’t decide who to quit… I could find better fish than first two, but i don’t know how the other two will be.
It’s all free money… and i usually end up paying too much rake because of my greed and playing on autopilot 4 tables.

I think i’ll just leave two guys that limp the most.
It’s gonna be hard, but i have to change something.

My results last month sucked ass as well.
Only thing i’m happy with is 160h playtime.

Spoiler

I’ve spent last week on re-watching whole course, re-writing notes etc.
So today I was really optimistic, prepared and ready for action.

Ended session with stoploss…
