raise 99 after OL who then shoves

SB 34/12 3bet 2 - 168 hands
He generally often limped, hadnt raised much, then he OL/R which is usually massive strength
I have to raise 99 here right, but should I be calling it off?

i would probably said that's a good fold, since you are cheap leader and you can wait for better changes to get it in. i would probably said that you were behind agaisnt something like 60%-40% or wrost

If this is the first time he’s doing this you will be most likely dominated.
So folding is fine and you get better spots for sure as chip leader.
