helderjean, hmm the offer is valid for new accounts only (as it is stated on the page). If you have an existing old account then this offer will not be available for you and you'd need to choose a room where you're not registered yet.

I had an account there but I have not made deposit before, but ok.
I made a new account in Tiger Gaming and made my first deposit too, but I did not receive my license too. Can you see what happened about this offer?

Hi everyone,
I have received the "new deal" email 2 days ago and yesterday I did complete the requirements for it. However, today I receive an email saying that my account is now not eligible. The email doesn't give any reason for this... So what makes it that I'm eligible one day and two days later I'm not? It really feels like I've just been baited to go to a new site.
Also, assuming the problem is with NetBet, I should still be able to receive at least the StrategyPoints and the Hold'em Manager license, since those rewards have nothing to do with NetBet itself. So should I still be waiting on those or am I now suddenly ineligible for that too???

sorry to hear you can't get the special deal on NetBet. It looks like you have created your NetBet account using a different link (not the "special deal" link, but our first deposit offer link). Sometimes it happens if you don't clean cooking prior to proceeding with the registration. This cannot be reversed but your account on NetBet is tracked to PokerStrategy,com so in case you'd like to deposit and play, you should receive StrategyPoints.
I guess you can also see another "special deal" offer on the promo page, right? If you do, you can register on the other platform - making sure you use the correct link and the browser is clean. You'd need to follow the conditions e.g deposit a min. of $x and play there for a bit so we know that you have fulfilled the promo conditions. If you do, then our support will get in touch with you regarding the license.
I know it's not ideal since your first choice was NetBet, hope you're not too angry with us (this was not intended!).

I understand what you're trying to say, however I don't see the "special deal" link you're talking about. When I go to the special deal page, it links back to the regular offer page. So I don't understand how these links are different. There is absolutely no indication that there exists two different links, so there's no way for me as a user to know what I'm supposed to do. Even the instructions at top the of the special deal page doesn't mention that there is two different links.
So it really sucks that, from my point of view, I've done everything correctly, only to be denied by some invisible arbitrary requirement. You suggest that I go check another "special deal" offer, however I don't really wanna do it if there's no way for me to know if I'm going to get denied again or not.
Instead, is there no way to manually credit the offer? You said my account is linked with PokerStrategy, so you can probably still check that I've met the requirements. I understand you probably can't do it the free money and bonus part of the deal, but I don't see why I couldn't get the PokerStrategy points. The points were the part of the deal I was most looking forward to since it really have helped me get to gold ASAP. So even if I get just the points instead of the whole deal, I'd still be pretty happy.

okay, from what I can see we're talking about 2 things here:
1. "special offer" (upon depositing at least €20 which gives you: the first deposit bonus, €20 for free, bonus StrategyPoints AND a free Holdem Manager/Poker Tracker license)
2. free money offer (without depositing, which consists of $40 free poker money, $5 in sit & go tickets and some bonus cash)
These two offers have different links and different trackers. I understand that you were aiming for the latter one but it looks like you registered under the former one (first deposit bonus offer, not the free starting money offer). There is no way for us to assign free starting money if the tracker is not correct.
But.. you can use the 1st offer AND collect StrategyPoints which you are in fact doing now. Your first StrategyPoints from 2016-03-07 have been assigned. It takes 1-3 days to get the points in. You also got your bonus StrategyPoints for depositing and you can expect a message from our support soon regarding the free HM/PT license.

I've gotten an email from PS.com about being selected for the exclusive deals on 24/04/2016 and I've met the requirements on the same day for NetBet Poker. It is now three days later and I have not been contacted by anyone regarding the PT4 license? How long does this usually take?

it normally takes up to 3 days to update the StrategyPoints, I can see your points from 24/04 are already in. This is (for us) a confirmation that your account is correctly tracked. Within the next couple of days, our support should contact you regarding the license. They will send you a ticket with further details.

NetBet was one of the first poker rooms I joined when I first started playing online (Back then they were called Poker770). I've always found it to be good to play there but that might be because I've had a lot of good MTT runs there. 
The one down side is that they have yet to upgrade to iPoker's new client, so 6+ Holdem isn't supported yet.
