can i get away from this hand ?

p.s : the guy was 69/15 on 102 hands ..

Getting it all-in is fine.
I would prefer raising pf.
After you raise his potsize bet on the flop and he min-raise 4-bet you can also consider call, since any reasonable player don´t get there all-in with tptk and doubt that he´d play his two pair/set that aggressively.
