I am sure that we put the third barrel. Would it be like 30-40%?
Another option is to induce a bluff from missed draws.

I would bet here and expect to get called if he hit the board with worse than our hand. Doesnt have alot of hands on him, but he looks like a fishy player (on micro stakes), so I think there is more value in betting - not even for sure that a fishy player will try the bluff if he havnt hit and we check on the river.

I would raise pre and I would just bet bet bet with 2 pair. OTR something like 40% sounds ok to me.

I would raise pre-flop as well and I don’t mind to bet every street more than half pot for value against a passive player like him.
