I find that each 6-max table has unique dynamics and needs a lot of adjustments. Maybe a rigid chart can help absolute beginners, but even for them I think it would be better practice if they learn to focus more on the dynamics of the table and the profitable spots they can get themselves in rather than on their own starting hands.
Yea well this topic is old but I'd like to ask pros about resteals and 3bet coldcalls, people on NL25/NL50 3bet very tight, but they coldcall 3bets loose, so should I resteal less(cause they coldcall with crap and continue) and fold to 3bets tighter when the table suits my description?

when you have no fold equity against steal ("they coldcall 3bets loose"), you have to 3bet for value only. it means you should exclude any sort of speculative hands from your 3bet range, like suited connectors.
just play with equilator. your goal is to figure out the range of hands that have 50+% equity against his steal range. but also take into consideration playability postflop. some hands will have enough equity to 3bet, but due to bad playability postflop, its better to just call. good example is Ax type of hands. And of course, you have to consider your opponent's style. some people will often fold to a cbet in 3 bet pot (3bet a bit lighter), some never will (3bet tighter) So equilator + postflop analysis + logic 
pretty much the same goes for cold calling 3bets. just think about the ranges and apply some logic. For example, if someone has really tight 3bet range, cold calling with a hand like KJ will bring you to many troubles, while calling small pp's will be very profitable, due to great implied odds (he has a strong hand, so when you hit a set, you will often get his stack)
