1) I'd prefer to squeeze much bigger preflop sizing. Min open => CC - I' d like to squeeze 14-15. Just look at CO 41/17 - this is real phone.
2) I think we can't fold any way here, we have an over pair and a 2d nut - flush draw. Yes, I agree , out opponent still could have flush, but this guy is pretty wide. This is 3b pot and we have an over. I' d fold this hand vs guys 12/9 13/10 or something like realy nit, bcs this flop fit pretty well for him, but vs this guy it is never a fold.
I think fishy player could min-raise here with something like this

Yes, he still could raise here with under-pair, i'm not optimist, that is how they play it, they think AK, AQ missed the flop, that is why 22 could be "pretty good".
Anyway, we definitely have call here and on any blank turn we can shove.
Just check at equilab, it will remove from the fish range all cards that blocked by the board and we even have 53 percent vs fish. Min-raise do not always mean strong hand, it is sometimes means trying to know where "raiser stand".

By the general way we need to fold here but I'm commited = 1/2 of my stack here and I could guess he could have 88 or QQ, but what he has more? AQ{12} or {88(3),QQ(3)}. Also he could have KQs(2).
Anyway, I do not insist on my opinion, sometime it is easy to fold, especially vs passive opponent.
