As played I would fold the flop already on his pot size bet. You have only 6 clean outs for a straight and a backdoor 2nd nut flush draw.

3bet sounds very reasonable and I would adjust the sizing to the opps tendencies (probably bet bigger to leave him only a shove option). If he is too much aggressive, I would 3bet smaller more with lower part of my 3bet range and bigger with the top to get more value out of his aggression
