I would 3bet here. Your hand is not strong enough mw and should be used as a bluff/squeeze IMO.
As played, call 1 street and indeed fold OTT

We cannot call as SB is active and can squeeze.
Postflop is ok.

Pre is totally fine. KTs can flop very strong multiway, and having position makes it easy to win money. Squeezing is an option, but really depends on the openraiser and the coldcallers' tendencies. It feels like burning money when they call a lot.

Postflop I would call the turn as well. The half pot doesn't look like a strong hand, there are still some draws possible and also stuff you beat (QTs, JTs). But for the river I would probably fold to a reasonable size

Totally agree with nitrol - you can't call preflop bcs of possibility of sq from SB. So, just fold or squeeze. As played on postflop - correctly.

If the players on the blinds are passive preflop, I like the call too, but look at SB...

There shouldn't even be a debate. It is a call goddammit. Anyone proclaiming that suited connectory kind of hands do not like cheap MW pots in position is just plain wrong or can't play the hand properly. The blinds would be brain-dead to squeeze very much vs a raise and three callers. If they do squeeze - well, you stand to lose a few bb (3.4 bb to be exact). So what? You are 150bb deep with UTG+1 and the others are full stacked. It is a dream scenario.

I am calling on the button (with the intention of folding to a squeeze) even if there is a 50% chance that there will be a squeeze from one of the blinds. Did you notice that you are up against a UTG full-ring opening range and three callers, among them UTG + 1 whose position is less than ideal? You can squeeze AI with 30 bb in a tournament (from either the blinds or the button). That would be a good play.

On SB I am squeezing wide.

I dont know why are you even debating about SB's squeeze potential. He has only 49 HH! That's nothing! That's rubbish! Completely invalid statistical information on SB that can only lead you to wrong assumptions! To have a valid information about 3bet you need to have AT LEAST 300-400+ HH on some player (and for TOTSQ even higher).
Do not look on 3bet stats AT ALL on 14/13 players unless you have a decent amount of HH!

Calling is correct play, while folding OTT is fine as well. I doubt he's betting anything that we beat.
