Should I call or fold here in general? (Villain is 17/12, 50 steal, just over 103 hands so it's really nothing.)

First of all I have moved your hand to the hand discussion board, because it’s fits better there.
I expect the ante is 100 here. So in general you can call profitable if he shoves wide enough here without any ICM in mind.

Easy call. Regs jam there super wide these days. QJo does really well against most ranges here, especially this shallow.
I assume in general 22+, Ax+, K2s+, K5o+, Q5s+, Q8o+, J9s+, JTo+, T9s would do the trick; Depends from villain dynamics you might add or remove some of the hands;

If this guy is familiar with NASH equilibrium its an easy call. You should only fold this spots if the guy is ultra nit and only shoves Ax, strong Kx and pairs.
