Villain is unknown, but the limp 3b suggest villain is a recreational player to me.

Pre: I almost always expect villain to be doing this with QQ+, AKo so just call for implieds

OTF: Should I just get it in here? vs his range I am a slight favourite, but I chose to call b/c:
- we are deep
- I am IP
- we get a good price

OTT: when he pots it OTT I think he has TP+ (AK/KK/AA) and I have no fold equity and my equity will now have dropped significantly. Should I still call considering implieds? If I get a 1/2 pot bet OTR then its probably worth calling IMO, but if I do hit my spade he might not pay b/c it is an obvious draw.

Exactly, limp/raise from fish=fold.
Why don't you raise your KQs on BTN preflop? If the fish would shove here we can comfortably fold and now we are in an awkward spot.
As played, we might only have 8 outs so would fold this one.

If you give him AA and KK only you are around %45 otf and just under 30% ott. You will find it hard to get any implied odds if a spade or K hits and a Q may not help at all. ALL IN!!!!!!!!!!!

We could 3bet pre flop. When we just call we could fold to that 3bet because limp/3bet is almost always KK+.
As played, can we fold OTT with FD and top pair?

We should evaluate if our flush can be paid out on river.
We are deep enough to call turn too.

I chose not to 3b preflop because I hate having to fold to a 4b unless I know villain is the type to call 3b's OOP very light.

Did you count your number of outs on the turn? Did you consider implied odds? You can win a near 400 bb pot. This does not seem like the guy (recreational player holding nuts = AA) that will back off when a river spade/king hits.

Yes I did but this was my main concern. I felt that if it hit I a spade he may not pay off.

Then you made a good fold:)

I'd (after the event) personally calculate what percentage he needs to stack off for a call to be profitable to have an easier spot the next time.
