Player 3s stack out-stacks BTN more then 3:1
BTN is always opening wide.
SB flats, then he then tries to muscle BTN off the pot on a dry flop.
Pretty common tactic, and BTN likely knows SB's range is full of air.

So he overbets the pot OTR, to try to blow SB off the pot.

I'm guessing these two guys have a history...
