Finally I will answer you here too. I won't read the other comments to check my own game as well. ^^
My answer will be very short. If you have any questions please ask.
1) Well played.
2) Hard to tell without knowing the opponent. Would be nice to know his check behind range here. If he is tricky her might check behind a showdown hand. If not then he will give up most turns. After a turn call I think giving up on the river or betting against is close. You might get him off a gutshot but as the pot is small I prefer check/fold.
3) Low wts so bluff induce is better that raising for value. Nice hand.
4) Check/fold turn after his flop checfk behind might mean strength. If you don't trust him being reasonable then call the river as well.
5) Bet turn for free showdown. There are a lot draws out and he doesn't seem to be over aggressive so I bet/fold here.
6) Same as 5). Good river fold.
7) Same as 3).
8) I like it. Maybe going for a flopbluff is an option as well.
9) Hmm. I think I like it. Bet/fold turn, check/call blank river else check/fold should be good too.
10) Same as 9).
11) I like it.
12) I bet/fold turn here to protect against his 6+ outs and take a free showdown.
13) Seems ok to me.
14) Fine as well. He will fold a lot hands and might bluff to your check.
