99 facing 21BB shove from loose player

MP 60/17 3bet 15% - 43 hands

Should I call here against such a loose player? ICMizer says (5.9%) 88+,AJs+,AQo+
The thing that made me doubtful is because its a 21BB shove

UTG folds, MP raises to 1,023 and is all-in, 2 folds, Hero raises to 2,195 and is all-in, BB folds

I think it is close and will often see small pp and connected broadway suited connectors or AJs-A7s against which you are quite ahead. Unless you saw him shove the nuts TT+ at this spot I would be more inclined to isoshove as well

It’s indeed a big shove, but without reads it’s difficult to said with what kind of range he is shoving.
I expect he would most likely raise his top hands like QQ+ and with this in mind I would most likely call as well without reads on him, but it will be close for sure.
