The best way to find out what the best is for you is to use the trial versions of both software and then you can choose yourself, because there are players that prefer HM2 and others PT4.

They are both great and do the same things. It really doesn't matter which one you pick so I would go with the one you think looks better and is easier to use

Personally I only use Pokertracker. Its good you wont regret choosing it it has lots of functions you can use. The other one I cannot give you anything since I haven't use it.
