My Questions:

-Do you have any tip on how to define the preflop ranges here?
-I was hesitant to make a F CBet into 2 people despite having position. Is this a mistake?
-The only 6's I had in villain's range on the turn was quads. Is R/F a better option here?
-After analysis, I think the river call is a mistake but I am still a little surprised with villian's line here. Am I missing something?

1. MP is not superstrong, although he is opening from early position. Normally if a player with strong hand gets squeezed and he has a strong holding, he will 4B. Something like this: JJ-77, AQs-AJs, KJs+, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, AQo-AJo
CO is not superstrong too, as in both cases he is just calling. JJ-22, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, AQo, KQo
I do not like the size of your squeeze though. You should make it bigger.
2. You should cbet this flop. Kxx board is a board you should attack. Even vs 2 fishes.
3. Turn is not a raise. Just call and see the river. No need to pump the pot when you can be behind.
4. River is a fold. When the Ace comes there are possible better hands.

+1, but don’t forget to remove the outcome of the hand next time or put them in a spoiler.

I agree here with the above. MP is indeed not superstrong after the call. The range given I like and I think we should attack this flop too.

I'm not so sure that we should always cbet this flop with mid strenght hands, especially multi-way. Are we bluffing or we expect to be called by worse? I think we can sometimes check back, call turn and usually fold river. As played, I think that river is a fold.

Wow!
This must be nitrol's longest post ever. I agree with every word.

And why do we want to bet the flop? What worse hands from the range above do we expect to call, 99, TT?
Wouldn't it be better to let them bluff?

Mw they rarely bluff. So we bet.

No, because we can't call. At least not two streets. Also Qx, Ax, and god knows, will fill two pair/sets/overpairs/straights with two opponents.
