He had been playing pretty tight, but when he had gone to showdown he did have some non premium hands
shove or fold? or is there any value in just calling and shoving a low flop?

I would go for it with my 21bb stack against a TAG player like him and he doesn’t look that tight based on his stats.

I think 3-bet shoving 99 with 21BB in 6 max should be very +EV.
If I have position or have more stack, I would probably call.

As for stop and go, I heard that lowers your variance, but less profitable than shoving assuming you check-fold when a picture card or an ace comes on the flop.

Looking at it again, I dont think a stop n go would be very good here as the pot would be about 400 and I would be shoving 950, could do a c/shove on a low flop or 1 overcard board but theres going to be more bad flops than good

Its either shove/fold, so has to be a shove really, its just I didnt think I had much FE as like I said he hadnt played many hands so I expected him to be calling and to have a good hand

You are also playing to deep I think to consider a stop and go, because if you call and shove a random flop you will over shove here.

Yeah I think I ony had one choice really, its just I had a feeling he had a big hand and he did so started to question my thinking a bit
