Do the strategies on poker apply like for like with social poker sites like Zynga or the PKR?
Guessing the bluffing becomes somewhat moot given no real money is used?

Hey wibbsy,
Whether or not testing real money strategies on play money sites is effective is a moot point as some players throw chips around regardless of their holdings. Even at NL2, bluffing can be a risky option as fish will call with all sorts.
Incidentally, PKR is a real money poker room and in March migrated to the MPN network so now they share their "social" players with a much stronger player pool.

Well the answer would be yes. It still poker with free money. It has only the basic rules and player wont mind if they lost or win since they are just playing for fun and not for profit
