I think you can shove here. I wouldn't give all AA for him since he should shove those pre. Also I'm not sure he calls 99 vs 4bet or raises all JJ. You still have around 50% equity and since you have invested that much already shove should be fine.

I like the fold. Maybe we can call 1 street, but I think fold is not bad at all. I´m definitelly not shoving.

According to my math we must have 29.7% equity for our shove to be break even. So let's give villain a range and stop guessing what to do:

Here villain has all QQ and TT, 3 combos of AA and 99, 2 combos of badly played JJ, also AKdd and AQdd+AQhh because he might overplay some TPTK sometimes? In this situation shove would be clearly profitable.

If we take away his JJ and AQhh we get only 27.8% which is a little bit less than we should have.

It all comes down to what villains range is. Even one combo of weaker hand than ours makes a big difference here. Shove cannot be terribly wrong, although folding is always safer

Still going for the variation spin is not my choice.
