Hand converted with online PokerStrategy hand converter:

$0.5/$1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T:c, J:h.
2 folds, BU calls, SB calls, Hero checks.

Flop: (3.00 SB) 2:d, 9:s, 8:c (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, BU calls, SB folds.

Turn: (2.50 BB) 3:d (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

River: (4.50 BB) K:h (2 players)
Hero checks, BU checks.

Final Pot: 4.50 BB.

How to play a draw like this?

I would also bet the flop and turn. We have a lot of Outs and something like Q or K high can fold here.

What is the BU like?

is it a callingstation?

if he is someone, who is able to make a fold, i would bet the river and hope, that a weak made Hand or Qx, Ax would fold there.

again i agree with schnup (good job)
it completely depends on the player imo. against unknown i think i tend to bet... hands like QT, QJ or A high might fold and the pot is already reasonably big so your bluff doesn´t have to work THAT often
