Simply by not playing there anymore. That is what actually happens, most of the players are playing at pokerstars which seems to be only serious online casino with reliable software, and other casinos are slowly but surely going towards closure.
If you are a cash player, then PokerStars is a reasonable option. However if you play MTTs then PokerStars is by far the worst site to play on because of their horrendous payout structures and level structures. Any PRO MTTer will confirm this, hence why they play less and less on PokerStars and choose to play on sites like 888 and Party more often.
The thing is it is the worst thing to win and then have your money stolen through a legal loophole.

Haven't read the whole thing but the chat from the pictures in the first post is really unproffesional, a big minus for unibet I mean wtf. We're talking money here.
I think thats so unfair. This is all the small print that usually doesn't matter to us... Until it does... It basically says "we own u and whatever u have for as long as you hang out with us" and most people just go along in life and never know it says that... Then, the one percent of each site... Here we have you... Finding out when it comes down to the grim truth.... Big business is bs aholes but... They do have places to report so please use them and that's governing agencies as well as BBB.... Research whoever else will listen and tell it... To help u and warn because my husband is on disability and plays online so i know u all get some big wins but ive also seen the months when he literally got a 1600 check and it was gone by sun up. Slots... They tie me up sometimes too and im not the type easily captured by sparkling lights or half ass offers that are really a loss... Like the slots that say
"0. 60¢ WIN" but the spin cost a dollar. Grrrrr... Say the truth... I lost . 40¢.... Calling that winning is like omitting a lie... Ur job now is too attack and get what u put in

I'm not exactly certain what it is that you think is unfair. Unfortunately all poker rooms have similar terms and conditions.
There are situations where the amount you "win" is less than the amount you paid to play. This also happens in all rooms.
One comment though: Never play slots, blackjack, roulette or any other casino games online. The room takes between 5 and 10 percent, so the longer you play, the more you will lose. Even a big win now and again won't offset this.

Its unfair they froze this persons account and are basically like "tough luck". I believe him because if he was being shady, they might get mad and act innocent to the business but not reach out to other forums, like this one and ask for advice. I believe him having documents from another country set off a red flag but if someone did a lil extra homework (aka googled his name) you can find something to match. I had social security questioning my marriage cert. not the first time they used it..but the 3rd time. Its annoying, a hassle and insulting. U feel like a big established entity is cornering you and they are pretty much like "tough luck, kiddo... We are allowed too" and in this case they literally said it. They said sorry but they actually can freeze it... Idk and maybe im wrong but i heard the house takes least from slots then poker... And "technically" its not rigged but their definition of rigged isnt exactly the what the majority of people, using common sense, would agree it to be. Soooo.. Its rigged!!! The house always wins. What i want to know about is how much of this frozen money came directly from this gentlemans pocket. Ok so lets assume most of it is winnings... The rest was literally just mob style stolen and i dont like that! Yea gambling is speculative risk... I studied a little law... I understand what that means. It certainly doesn't mean getting your money seperate from you and slamming a door in ur face. If we took this situation in real life, thats exactly what it would be... "come in and play. Ill hold your money... Sike.. Bye!" :door slam: and anyone who doesn't think thats what it is, especially if this person is honestly being legit with all of this... Thats delusional and that would switch fast if it happens to them
