That's a tough call, seeing him 3betting I push myself into thinking he didn't have a fd and I doubt he would be so happy to go all in when another :spade: occurs with a straight, the same applies to sets.

I think you could just call OTT with your TPTK and x/c river. raise here might be a little bit overplay your hand.
As played I don't know what I'll do OTR...

On the first sight this seems a bit overplayed to me. I think we can just call OTT. When K of spades come it makes our decision very hard, particularly when villain shoves. To sum it up: villain seems confident in MW, raised pot + on the board are possible flushes and straights, also some overplayed sets get there. I think fold is OTR good option, on the contrary we already put some chips into the pot, which makes it harder for us (just calling on the turn would protect us from this issue :)).

I don't like the turn raise and I like the call even less. OTR he shouldn't have that many flushes because he likely doesn't 3bet draws OTT but still he has very strong hands in his range.
