Preflop: Hero is SB with T♠, 9♠
4 folds, Hero raises to $1,50, BB calls $1,00.

Flop: ($3,00) T♦, 7♥, 3♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

Turn: ($3,00) 3♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $2,00, BB raises to $8,50, Hero calls $6,50.

River: ($20,00) 8♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $10,00, Hero calls $10,00.

Final Pot: $40,00

What do you think about this hand? I was raising a lot his BB and he started to call me more often. I didn't have much info for him but saw him been aggressive postflop that's why i decided to c/r flop. It didn't happen so i made my cont bet on the turn and just called. I wasn't worried about the 3,put him on a draw or pure bluff so if the river wasn't diamond i was going to call any bet. I think i played it right. I am looking for opinions.

bet flop, once you c/r you really don´t want to get there all-in
turn and river are fine.
