In this situation, I would fold here as well. I expect he would only raise with better Q’s and 2 pair combos and in the best case a flush draw. So, you will be to much of the time behind to make a call or shove profitable to continue.

I would fold. The only hands I see you beating is draws, but even those have a ton of equity against you, so folding is fine.

The b/f looks good to me.
The CO limped pre so looks pretty passive and is now raising on a very wet board, you're very rarely ahead
