I guess you are mostly beaten on the river. I prefer to Bet/Fold there.

You have to call on the river, because most of the time you are ahead.
Flop play it's ok, turn play it's kind of tricky the K could fit in his range, but not to often, i like to bet there because if you will hit the flush on the river you'll have the chance to win a big pot. Check/call the turn if he bets small is also ok.

What type of player is this?

till river it's a nh. On the river we could play c/c or b/f. If he is a fish I call this raise. Against a good player I fold.
