Late on Sunday night, I found myself playing $10-20 SNG Hero because of the need to clear a chunk of an expiring reload bonus (I had to earn just 40 points - rake $20 - to clear the $20 chunk) so the swing was quite normal.
Plus, the Gladiator has returned to Party 
so I'm committed to playing 20x9 $5 games 
to get that $3500 Gtd freeroll ticket (which is a big reward with big variance too, just like the $100 slot bonus).
So in the short run, the probability of failing this 'challenge' is about to increase, also because I've switched to playing $15 games at 888 on weekends regardless of the challenge stats... it's not my last money and I regret nothing 
With regard to nutrition for the brain:
1. I've taken the risk and started consuming a big dose of a supplement (90 mg of zinc) in addition to the rhodiola extract.
2. I'm going to replace all buckwheat with soba noodles and all salt with red miso. Their estrogenic effects don't worry me because reasons.

PT4 has released an update that enables full support of Blast... subsequent analysis has shown that I'm too nitty in the 4-max phase of 2x tourneys. The 2x's themselves aren't a big deal, as most of the profit comes from 5x's, but the problem seems persistent in all multipliers, as my 4th place % is too low everywhere.
Hence my ROI estimate is now pessimistic (breakeven pre-bonus if 1000x+ jackpots fail to hit) and I'll be allocating a smaller % of the total grind time to 888 (just enough to earn the allowed daily maximum of 25 SPs) and shall be at the $5 limit when I'm at 888.

Life is good when Party throws tons of free Hero tickets at you ('play five - win the sixth for free' until October 23; I've collected merely $205 worth of tickets because I'm laaazy) plus a heater has taken place at the highest of the range of played stakes ($5-20)

The 'play 5 - get 6th for free' Sit & Go Hero promo (to which I obviously owe most of my week's profit) has been replaced by the much less lucrative mission with a $50 prize, out of which, the $25 Caribbean satellite ticket is pretty much a sunk cost, sigh... I still have 72 points to earn until I have 600 for the $100 slot bonus, so I'll try to complete the mission anyway.

It's a folklore image so there's no wonder.
It doesn't make much sense to play spin-like games at multiple sites apart from making optimal use of all their bonuses, which is what I did. I wrote somewhere above that I wouldn't play at Party, but the 'play 5 - get the 6th for free' promo was so compelling - it was impossible to lose due to the 25% ROI boost (the free ticket was used to play the first of the 5 tourneys of the next day, so money was paid only for 4 of them), even despite not being able to play well.
There's not much sense in you following the thread as I'm going to stop updating it soon. I'll still be hanging out in IvicaIliev77's blog, you can ask questions to me either here or there.

Lol at the RNG. Months of hitting barely any 10x and not shipping almost any of them, then two 10x's - 20 games apart from each other - and both shipped.
The rest of course comes from Party's SnG Hero mission that awarded $50 worth of tickets which were played through with decent success.
I tried to snipe the $5 SnG Hero Twitch stream of WildHungarian (Beata Jambrik, a new Party ambassador and pleno1's friend) last Thursday, shortly after she shipped a $4250 jackpot

but alas I didn't have a chance to show myself off by felting her, as I only got into two games with her and was coolered early out of both by other opponents.
