Hi.
Glad that you got it to work.
Raise/Fold is also supported. Pretty much any preflop spot is supported. The Nash equilibrium support for Raise/Fold spots is coming very soon, hopefully January 2017.

Hi. Which coupon? Right now there are no active coupons or discounts.
Hey if I purchase the Pro Version and after a month I decide it does not add enough benefit for my game is it possible to get my money back and start a new subscription of the Basic Version. To me its sounds kinda unfair to get the Pro version free for one month if I like the product.

Generally, that's not against our current rules. You can get a refund from first subscription order, and then place another order outside of our standard money back policy.

I am afraid I do not understand the implication of this sentence? Maybe you could rephrase it to the question?
It feels like I scam you not in a direct way but recieving the benefits of the ProVersion for 1 month doesnt feel so right to me because if I order the basic version afterwards I like the product in general and used it 1 month without paying for it. So there are some companies which would not allow to downgrade after taking advantage of the money back guarantee program.
Thanks for your support will get a ProVersion now I guess ♦
All the best for 2017!

Well, our policies right now aren't the most strict in the subscription-based software market. I've seen much more strict rules in similar business models.
Our goal is to provide a great product which customers will love, with the hope that there will be little abuse since we are a small company with a real personality (me) behind it. Of course, if there is more harm than good coming from this policy we could change it in the future.
All the best in 2017! We've got a lot of stuff coming very soon
Hi, Q
For limping and 3bet range, could you make the changes so it allows us to drag and drop.
Thanks!

Hi. It's because we are in Chip EV mode and there are 2 all-ins before us. If we call, then due to 3 way all-in limit in calculations UTG will fold automatically, so he's range won't play a role. If we fold, then our EV is calculated regardless of opponent ranges so, we do not need to know UTG limp range in this spot in Chip EV mode.
Hi,
I have a question about the below picture, I want to know If pushing here in the sb is profitable or not.
I gave villain in bb range 12% : 55+,A9s+,A4s-A5s,ATo+,KJs+,KQo,QJs.
It says push any two, I can't understand how pushing any two cards is profitable vs 12% range I have chosen.
Am I missing something here or is this correct?

Hi. Looks correct, given the pot size, your opponent is just too tight.
The nash calling range for BB in chip EV mode is ~60% instead of 12%.
