JJ not sure how I should have played it.

JJ is not a hand I am "set mining with". Therefore if I am calling pre-flop that flop gives me no reason to fold.

From my experience folks have no 4 bet bluff range at NL5. I would therefore be putting villain on QQ+, AK.
That gives them 34 combos, 18 of which have you crushed (with only 2 outs) and 16 that you are currently beating (with 6 outs).

Personally, I am folding everything less than QQ+, AK to a 4 bet; especially from early position

JJ is hard to continue with after 4bet at micro's, I could find a fold pre.

The main "thing" is in the preflop 3b.
You should just call instead.
You can 3b JJ vs the late positions.
There is nothing special in the flop bet size.

Too loose 3bet pre against UTG. I'm not sure if we should 5bet shove and hope villain calls with AKs. If we just call the 4bet, folding OTF with overpair seems quite weak but is probably the best.

So with no info on the UTG calling is fine against the initial raise since we will have position post flop?

Yes.
UTG opens usually quite tight so you should 3bet him tighter too. Otherwise you are often behind against his calling range and you can't defend enough against his 4bets.
