We've got news for you. This time, unfortunately, the bad ones: from 1 February 2017 Macropoker project will be closed. This means that the site will no longer be available. That's why the day before yesterday, we have disabled the ability to purchase subscriptions.
But first things first.
Why did this happen?
For almost 6 years of existence, the project has changed 4 owners, among them, were not related to poker in general. Each of them wanted to bring something new, to change something, to remake... A lot of time was spent on the project and the transition from one owner to another. This was the reason why almost all the time the project was at the stage of development, improvements, change of ownership or just idle. For the 6 years, there was no single global marketing campaign and as a result: the project is known almost exclusively on the Russian market and because of the insufficient number of subscribers is not profitable. As a result, the current owners have decided to sell the project as soon as possible and in a case of failure at the end of these terms to close it.
How will it affect users?
On February 1, the site will no longer be available. At the same time, we have a debt to the users who still have paid subscription plans.
- For those who bought the subscriptions through the website (Credit card, Skrill, Neteller and other payment systems) - the money will be returned to the same place where you have sent them to us. Refund will take place in the period from 31 January to 3 February. There are a couple of days delay associated with delay of payment systems.
The money will be returned by the following formula: (money, paid by you / number of months on the subscription plan) * the remaining months of the subscription plan.
For example, you've bought Gold subscription for 12 months, it shall expire on March 14 then you will receive: ($ 49.99 / 12) * 1.5 = $ 6.25
There are minimum discrepancies within the error of the dollar/euro exchange rate, as well as 1-2 days of the subscription. The possible error is measured in cents.
Important: if you have less than 15 days of your subscription left on the February 1 or refund sum is less than $3, we will not be able to return the money, we apologise.

Once again we apologise for the inconvenience. Most companies in our place would simply declare themselves bankrupt without paying anything to their users. Believe us, we're doing everything that we can.
