You could 4bet pre. Imo shoving OTF is a mistake, you will often get called by sets, 2pair and straight.

We can defend with 4b preflop. With a call we invite the BB too and with 2 villains we will fel awkward on Axx, Kxx boards.
Shoving is a bit rough.
