Hero? In my mind it does not make sense for him to do that with QQxx because I am not calling him with worse full houses. Could I fold my quads here?

Preflop my call is probably bad, too, despite the odds?

Flop: Betting with bottom set can´t be too bad? Or should I check-call because I cannot stand a raise?

Turn: I might be drawing very thin versus two players, so is this where I should get away? But the bet is not big...

Snap call. At micros people overplay full houses. That's why QQ is a shove hand for him too.

Ok so my guess is that you are up against a higher flop set (based full house) and he wants to get the money in as soon as the board pairs which makes perfect sense to me. But if you are not going to ever call a raise with a non nutty full house, then how do you play pocket 4s which will (pretty much) only ever hit bottom set? will then you then always fold because you will only call with quads? how often are u gonna make quads? If he has (flop) nut full house he is right to raise to get value from lower full houses.

That´s why I think fold turn could be the right play. Even though pot odds are good, I might have very ugly reverse implied odds. In other words, I cannot be comfortable calling a big bet or raise if I actually make my hand (except quads).

Preflop I think the call is ok because of the odds.

Not a great hand, but closing action calling pre is standard.

I don't like donking bottom set 4way single raised straight/FD board.

Turn call is speculative, but you sure get very good odds for a call if against two flushes. River is clear call.

I think villain's play is good every street, he is not overplaying river.

Ok I really do not get why villain´s river play is good except specifically against a calling station!? I mean, how could I really call this bet with 8s full or Q4xx? In my eyes, when x-raises river he only has nuts (or bluffs). I just do not get the idea of x-raising with a hand like QQxx ( super deep, too: the river raise alone is almost 300 bbs!? and you guys are saying he should do that with 3rd nuts!? because he expects me to call with 4th and 5th nuts?)

Either this is just crazy or there is something seriously wrong with my poker thinking.

Yeah but quads and straightflush are only one combo each and superunlikely anyways. You will miss out on a TON of value with YOUR line of thinking. If you think that shoving here with QQ is a mistake, then the problem lies with YOUR thinking and you will leave out a tonne of value on the table, because everytime someone raises, you are either gonna put them on quads or a straightfush, you just call, and left so much value there. And excuse me for saying this, but I think you have a rather strange attitude towards villains play for someone who hit a ONE OUTER and with that, won aa 850bb pot. Let us ask him what he thinks of your play ok??

It's plo2, ppl absolutely will call with worse boats generally, even if you personally would not. +it is *really* hard for him to have QQ here when you donk potted 4way sraight-flop.
